Its been a little bit. The last two weeks we had back to back graduations, which doesn't leave much time to workout in the mornings with all the rehearsals we have. No excuses, next grad cycle I'll get after it better.
Today felt pretty good though. My thighs are sore from squats and what not from last week, but all in all it felt good.
8:10 8:05 8:14 = AP of 8:09 and average BPM of 171
My heart rate was a lot higher than I would anticipate; however, most likely indicative of my cardiovascular fitness at this stage.
