Ran on the treadmill again. Miles as follows: 8:29   8:14   8:00 and 7:47 for .5 mile

My average BPM was 156. That seems a bit lower than it should be about 7-10BPM. Not sure if it wasn't reading accurately or if I have really improved that much in a few days of consistent running.

I'm seeing a little bit of consistency here. Keep it up!

Thank Rob. If hasn't been one thing it has been another... Leg not feeling good, and then shoulder surgery...

I haven't logged all my runs very well, so I really have been running a bit more, but my time in Command is coming to an end so I am making more to run and enjoy.

What's next on the agenda career wise?

Maneuver Captain's Career Course here at Benning. Another 6 months. I am actually going to try and branch transfer to one of the Army's Functional Areas. My plan right now is to apply to the Foreign Area Officer functional area. Working in Embassies as more of a diplomat/liaison is where I am leaning now. I have all the things they would be looking for, but I just need to be eligible to apply. Hopefully June!

Interesting. Good luck with that.
