Pretty new. Have done some training for specific Army competitions which have got me running a pretty decent amount, but by no means incredible.

Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.

Personal:
A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!
Legs are feeling a bit sore/possibly injured so did a little run with the PVTs today. It was their first run of the cycle, so it was short and fairly slow. I bet we ran between a 8:30-8:45.
