Great treadmill run today. I felt REALLY good. I'm not sure exactly what that was from. Maybe sleeping more last night, having a good pasta and chicken meal yesterday, or taking the weekend off. Probably a mixture of all of them I imagine.
I ran at a 8:27 pace for the most part for the whole distance and my Garmin Forerunner said I averaged a 152 BPM. That is very encouraging!
