A nice little jog around the track as the trainees were doing their push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups. I wanted to get another day of some running in, but not too much as I am still trying to get my left leg back to 100%. It is hard to limit yourself when you want to be doing more... If this is what old age has in store, I am not going to be a happy old man!
8:39 7:45 = 8:12AP at 163Average BPM (this is encouraging, for me)
