A good run today. Ran with a buddy who ran the Soldier's Marathon here at Fort Benning on Saturday with a 3:25. He was a bit sore, but that was good for me who is VERY out of shape right now.

I'm out of shape, too. I can't even think about sub 9 miles right now. Good job!

Lol, thanks Burt. I'll hopefully get into a better running routine now that the winter months are upon us.

You're up to 147 miles for the year!

Thanks Rob, lol! I have definitely not added all my runs to this. I go in spurts unfortunately now... But i have some good running buddies now, so I should start getting back where I would like to be.

Good to hear Colby. Belated Veterans Day well wishes.

Thanks Rob, you too!

So I am in the process of transitioning out of the Army now, so I will probably need to change my account name, haha. Hope things are going well at Alta. How is the team looking? Hopefully Corner Canyon hasn't stolen too many of your runners this year.
